I can competently work L&D / Newborn /Premie / Med / Surg / Recovery Rm / ER / Trauma/ Peds / etc... I have been in Charge. I have demonstrated great skills and communication. My problem, Through Divorce, Losing a almost adult child, Changing jobs and locations, among other set backs ; I have been fired twice through all this.(Mind not completely on job/crying) . I have never had my license jeopardized. I took some time off (2 yrs) ; then started the job hunt. I have applied many times, interviewed 30 % of the attempts. Yet with all the experience and skill I get shot down. The interview go well; they say they are impressed yet I'm not getting the job. I have no disability, personable,know what I'm talking about, answer there questions without problems. (1) Can you tell me what is wrong ??? Do I have to give up Nursing because I was "human". Yes I made mistakes but not in caring for Patients. (2) How can I rebuild my career ??? (3) Is there a " black list" ?? (4) I am at the point of poverty / credit score is prob. low; does that effect things also??? (5) Tell me where to start and then where to go from ther ...Please. Sincerely Sherry Hello,
